I'll tell you what I dun. I dun passed my checkride at Flight Express. I'm a full fledged certified freight puppy. I'll write a gouge or something when I can settle down for an hour or so. For now, its grab a bite to eat, pack my stuff up, head home for a couple of days, throw my stuff in a U-Haul (or Penske truck) and find a place to live in Tampa. If anyone knows a friend or has a place to live in Tampa, any help or references would be greatly appreciated. Last time I tried to find a place to live on short notice, it was somewhat of a disaster. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tampa can be surprisingly affordable. Take a look at Largo and St. Pete as well.

Traffic on 75 sucks...well...all the time.

They're putting me on 803 to start. Based on the route procedure sheet, I sure hope I don't screw anything up. There is a Monday only route, Tuesday thru Thursday with a special Tuesday only portion; both days between TPA and OPF a couple of times, and finally a Friday only route that adds FMY to the mix. Mr. D.O. said they've got another guy in TPA, on 820 I think, that wants out, so maybe I'll move over to that when he leaves and pick up some extra dough.
 
Congratulations on the new job my friend.......and please, please, please, please , please, please , please , please do not use UHaul for your traveling needs. I used them for my move from SAT to ORD and wound up broke down on the side of the road two different times (poor maintenece). What should have been a day and a half trip turned into a 3 day nightmare. The customer service phone line at Uhaul is horrid as well.
 
820 is not so bad as long as they don't switch it around every other week. If there is a guy that still works at FLX named Bill Grob, he had a house that a bunch of us crashed at. A little expensive but only 15 minutes from the airport. I'd suggest you try to find as close as possible, traffic in Tampa is a little bit BS.
 
Well you can't live in it, but there's a neat little UFO on top of 2001 Odyssey, and Mons Venus is right across the street. :)
 
Congrats, yeah I run 820 and I know who runs 803 it's not too bad. 820 is a 12.5 hour day and 803 is a min time run. Good luck, see ya in TPA.
