What could you use in aviation?

My final English assignment is to create a new project and produce an effective print ad for that product. My question extends to pilots, controllers, rampers, military, etc. What product or service would you like to see that would make your job easier? I figured the best way to develop this idea was to come here and ask you guys and gals what would make your life in aviation easier or more convenient.

I would love my own little robot CFI that could do all the work for me while flying. :sarcasm:

In reality, I think an emergency plumbbob type device to show you your attitude in case you're IFR and your gauges die.

This probably exists, but I'd like to have some make/model specific checklists on my iPhone....

Virtual vision - to be able to fly VFR in IFR conditions.

I have synthetic vision, and its not something I'd particularly like trusting my life to in IMC on any sort of regular basis. Its one thing for abnormal/emergencies, but down in the southland you could just go IFR anyway.

Sport Pilot program and LSA rental at every small airport or flight school in the U.S.! (Or at least here in Northern/Central NJ).

I appreciate all the input. Does anybody have any ideas for actual products? The plum on a string would be nice.......don't some guys hang a bolt on a string in their older airplanes?

The bolt on a piece of string thing doesn't work.

I'd say an affordable EFB would be huge. I hate to say that everything else has been developed already, but now we've got GPS's that can fly us down to ILS Cat I mins, uplinked radar, TIS, blah blah blah. Maybe a portable TCAS unit that would display to your handheld GPS so you could take it in rental planes with you?
