What constitues a bad/poor pilot?

Someone who switches to the next frequency and immediately starts talking without even one second of listening to find out if someone is already talking. A Gulfstream behind us did this for an hour over about five busy northeast/midwest sectors today.

Another I thought of, that applies for airplanes with autopilots. Those who don't know when to just stop typing and twisting knobs and pressing buttons and turn the thing off. The flight controls are still there for a reason!

Don't you know? Those GEEEEEEEwhiz pilots deserve to be the only ones on frequency. :cool:
 
Blocking five transmissions with your five requests for another runway (after being told unable twice) because you are "running late," while your company traffic is on frequency making an emergency descent/return to the airport with a fire warning light...

Okay, maybe that doesn't make you a bad pilot. But it does make you a complete tool.
