What Apps are you using on your Apple device?

Aviation Stuff:

1. Cloudahoy -- I find it useful as a CFI
2. Another vote for FltPlan.com. I evaluated both WingX and ForeFlight and I don't find it worth the money. Yes they have better UI/UX and more features but I still prefer the FltPlan.com, here why:
- most of the time I file from the desktop PC, whether at home or FBO, and I have to use fltplan.com anyways (it's just faster this way, I'm not typing on iPad keyboard if there's a desktop PC.) And then when I pull my iPad in the cockpit I immediately have my filed flightplan there overlaid on the map.
- I don't want all those extra bells and whistles. For example, I already got two CDIs on my instrument panel, do I really need a third one on my lap?
3. AeroWeather
4. FlyQ -- still evaluating, not sure if I need it

Non-aviation stuff:

1. Evernote -- make quick notes
2. Dropbox -- to store POH, PTS, various documents and whatnot
3. Kindle
4. Dictionary
5. Yelp
6. Facebook
7. AccuWeather

Games:

X-Plane
FlightCtrl HD
PocketPlanes
Scramble Free

PS: someone mentioned F-18 Carrier Landings. Try this: establish a straight&level unaccelerated flight, then roll 70 deg, and maintain altitude. watch your airspeed rise.

Here's a few:

Card Munch. I used to have a bunch of business cards from others I've met stuffed in a pocket in my flight bag. Now, I just take a pic of each card and toss it.

TurboScan. I used to religiously keep receipts when I travel for work. Now, I use TurboScan to make PDFs of receipts as I get them to make the travel claim process easier.
