Beechcraft A17F or A17FS - Fixed gear Stags with Wright 1820's:

Curtiss F11C G;oshawk - Wright 1820:

DeHavilland Mosquito:

Lockheed Sirius:

Wedell Williams:

Lockheed Air Express:

Republic P-47 Thunderbolt (preferably the razorback and not bubble canopy):

For a jet it can only be the F105 (since the Crusader was already taken):

I can honestly say that I can't think of a plane I wouldnt wanna fly at least once. I would take the Wright Flyer up if given the chance...........but if forced to pick a few.

Ah yes, how could I forget the Cri-Cri. I know it's a helicopter, but I really want to fly a Huey around at treetop level, doors open, blasting Ride of the Valkyrie or CCR through a boombox. Paintball guns might be involved.

Odd choice. Why the Mercure? Most probably do not even know about this machine. 2 prototype and 10 machines that went to Air Inter. A dead end for Dassault on this one.

Then, the Lockheed L-1649 StarLiner...the best looking piston airliner.
