What a Great Feeling

Just had the first student I signed off for a check ride pass his commercial. I think I was more nervous than he was and maybe a bit more excited when he passed.

Thanks to all who participate here, I have gotten a lot of good ideas and learned a great deal.
 
Congratulations! The pass is not only a statement of your student's hard work, but also of your ability to teach.

The feeling of a student passing never gets old... I've been at the airport for all of my student's checkrides and I remember every one of them.

'Grats. It's a good feeling. I had a stretch of failures earlier this year and it was the worst I've ever felt about myself as a CFI. Now my guys (and gals!) are passing their checks again and I feel greeeeat!
 
Good job man! It won't be quite as nerve racking the next time, but you will always feel a sense of accomplishment.
