I read somewhere the "stowaway" was already onboard when the plane went into Germany from a previous trip and it was noticed there but nothing was said?

Anything is possible but I have not heard that. And I have a hard time believing that if it was noticed that nothing would be said. That's just shoddy reporting.
 
Apparently there is a pic from a spotter in MUC that they blew up and showed the mark in the side... Then allegedly the "bird strike" was signed off... Wonder what the conversation was like with the crew and MX.

Oh I thought you meant that the "body" was noticed and nothing was said. What you describe above seems more plausible.
