I know this is a hard question but to you plan on staying in aviation till you retire?
[/ QUOTE ]
As of now, yes.
[ QUOTE ]
Also how did you like working for Schubach?
[/ QUOTE ]
It was pretty cool. I was home a lot. I flew 3 types of airplanes, which was nice (kept me on my toes). Then new management came in a screwed everything up. Henry Schubach is great, it's the new management I didn't fare well with. It was great experience though. The chief pilot is a legend in my book and I had a great time overall.

Considering how big San Diego is there is not a whole lot of Pt. 91 jobs.
[/ QUOTE ]
I think you meant 135 jobs. Yeah, not too many options. There are a few though, schubach is not the only game in town. Jetsource has come back and has several airplanes. It seems they're doing some business. There are quite a few 91 operators though, some with great equipment.

What kind of times does Schubach hire at for the right seat?
[/ QUOTE ]
Not really sure what the program is over there now. Much has changed since I left, including the airplanes on the ramp. I did see an advertisment on climbto350 a while back the stated 2500TT and 500 jet, but I'm sure they're hiring with less than that if you have some kind of "in". They have King Air's as well so the mins will be less for that. Sorry, not much help Lucas. Oh, regarding the GA in Carlsbad..........it's insane! I've had to go around in the jet several times for a 172 in the way. It's amazing to see the amount of traffic in the area. The CRQ controllers aren't the best in the business either.

jonnyb,
I was looking at WCC's site and saw what was their current newsletter. They had you under New Arrivals to WCC. I think they need to update their semi annual newsletter.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah, if you look at the date on the newsletter, it's like 3 or 4 years old, so that would explain why it says my name under "New Crew". I noticed that a while back and figured they would've changed it by now.
