Weird part is I already did all this when I got my TOL 3-4 months ago, I am pretty much done with everything and waiting on a date to pack up and leave, medical is done, MMPI
-2 is done, everything is all set. Did anyone else get this, is this for a later announcement (even tho the ATO told me I would not be considered for any other announcements after I accepted my TOL letter)

They just want to know if you have prior military experience. This happened to others from 5/6, if I remember correctly. Just reply as requested; I think (though I'm not sure) vets with military backgrounds may get preferential treatment in your announcement, so if you are former military, you could be bumped up in the process. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah Thats all I did (was answer back "no mil. exp.") but what I am saying is that I already got and answered an email like this when I got my TOL 4 months ago(or a day before I got the TOL). So I dont understand why I am getting it again...was thinking it was for a different announcment but if noone else got it I guess not...

I got it twice, I think I ignored it. I'm still going along fine. Not saying to just ignore it, but I didn't hassle with trying to scan and e-mail all the forms over again.

It's not unsual...I got one back when I was going through the process. In fact you'll probably get it at least two more times.

I was feeling fundamentalist at the time, so I responded with something like, "I'm a prayer warrior in God's army."

Not really, but I remember back during my LDS days this movie came out right when I got back from my mission. And it sucked. A few years later, after I went all apostate/Protestant on them, we saw this movie in a Blockbuster and decided to rent it too. It also sucked. Seems that you can't make a good movie about Mormons.

Sorry, what were we talking about again? Oh, right. Waiting sucks.

Orgazmo was pure genius. I don't care what you say, Choda Boy. Jesus and I love you.

Jesus and I love you.

I was genuinely disappointed that I never heard a missionary I was with say that during one of their two calls home a year. More of an evangelical thing, I guess.

"Joseph Smith and I love you!" Where's DFW_LVR when you need him? Oh, right, training instead of screwing around on JC. Jerk.

OMG! ROSSTA! Commas buddy! Use them.

Yeah, Rossta does have a few run-on sentences. Probably because he has alot on his mind to say these days just like me. I found myself writing a cover letter recently, and my friend proofread read it, and caught alot of run-ons. It was mainly beacause I had a lot to say and didn't bother using commas.

It drove the guy who edited my posts during the Wired feature nuts how often I used long sentences which often required several commas instead of just breaking them up into shorter segments that would be easier to read.
