Just curious what everybody uses at work/different airlines for their and flight tracking. Different websites or programs you all use. Likes and dislikes, ect.
 
CIWS, COSPA, RadarLab, WSI Flight Plan Guidance and the CCFP. WSI Fusion has a bunch of nice weather products and the ACARS function to send AIRMETs/SIGMETs and free text messages.
 
Officially, WSI WX brief program, wx overlay on flight explorer and web access to Scheider Electric (not so hot on the weather products but I think we get a discount on junction boxes and breakers). We had hoped for WSI fusion a couple years back but the users were overruled by the IT/accounting departments. Personally I use aviationweather.gov and other intl sites for "reference only" along with info from the internal met guys (also officially "reference only")
 
Aviation weather seems to be the one they always use in schools too but I don't care for their radar on there and was looking for something better and cooler and more practical to read for interview purposes ect

For general home purposes I generally use Intellicast. It's non approved WSI basically. You can get WSI pilot brief but it costs money. You used to could download flight explorer for your PC, but I haven't looked into that since dx school.

We have our own department.
 
Schneider Electric? How many epiphanies is Kavouras gonna have? First Kavouras, then Meteorologix, then Telvent, then Telvent DTN, then Telvent DTN Meteorologix, now finally Schneider Electric.

We have some meteorologists on the floor, although they are contract employees. Anyhow, whether there is a dedicated meteorology department or not, there are still websites and ASD programs in use by all the dispatchers that have nothing to do with the forecasts the company-employed meteorologists put out.

It changed to Schneider Electric right before RIA's demise. I remember calling and going, "huh...who??" Lol
 
FlightExplorer for flight tracking and weather, WSI Pilotbrief for flight release's, fltplan.com, aviationweather.gov. I personally use aviationweather.gov for my personal flying

To say nothing of the slower load and refresh speeds...

I personally thinks it's more user friendly now, but I wasn't a long time user of it before the change.
