ok, to get this away from the other horribly disclocated thread.. i've decided to start anew...

so, it's a yay or nay thing - if there's more yay's than nays - then we'll have a secret santa type of exchange (i'll give details later).. more nays than yays, then no...

I feel like such an a$$ now with my name under the "no" category. I just feel that a gift should be something someone really appreciates and/or needs. From experience, Ive found the "secret santa" leads to a "thanks but no thanks" kind of gift. Unless someone wants a watch and they can do something like a Tomcat ride ;)

My type of secret santa allows you to make a wish list, so you can know what you can get him/her!

and no, it's not to be a white elephant gift....it's to be something new

Shouldn't this be stickied on the top of the first page ... hard for people to vote now that it's buried a few pages back?

I would do it if I had a job, haha... but I dont, so I wont....

Unless people would be willing to accept used gear (i.e., kneeboards, outdated charts, E6B's, books, etc.)

Some of that stuff can be good ... like outdated charts for instrument training ... not using in the air, but going over and over until you learn what's what.

What type of stuff are you looking to get rid of?
