Volcanic Ash?

Seeing a sigmet for Volcanic Ash in a good portion of WA state above FL200 today. Never seen that before outside Alaska. Wonder if it's impacting operations at all out of SEA. I remember we there was an Volcanic Ash checklist on the 76. One of the items was to close both thrust levers. If conditions allow run engines at idle. That's no fun.

It was very hazy/smoky yesterday coming in over Montana. Felt like summer fires but obviously not. Yet.

Couple years ago there was an ash plume that closed Seattle airspace. We had to divert down to Pullman then back to Spokane to get around the forecasted area. We did notice a very thin area what we think was the ash.
