I only worked in the Vista OCC for a short while after their acquisitions of XO, Jet Edge, Red Wing , etc. but I definitely enjoyed my time there. Great place for someone new in dispatch to get some experience outside of a 121 and the pay was well above regional-level. Were you referring to any specific position? They split things between actual preflight planning with Flight Planners and day-of with Tactical Controllers. I think Flight Planning was allowed to be fully-remote while Tactical was onsite at their respective operator's ops center (FL, OH, WI) but I'm not sure if the positions have changed or if they have or plan to move all OCC to Columbus after consolidating everything under Vista America
