Problem is unless the lodge is sitting empty. Then it costs them money if you are not there. Hopefully they can resolve the issues but looks like some should of been in the design phase.
Technically it's still costing them money, it's just less than it would be. Which is why I suggested a voucher equal to the "value" of what it would cost to have you there. It's not jetBlue crewmembers running the place. They've outsourced the actual day to day operations to a business partner (Pyramid I think?). From what I heard, it sounds like even with the Lodge, there will still have to be people scattered around hotels since there aren't enough rooms in the place to cover everything. I know normal recurrent classes aren't staying there because it's only for a couple of days. They need the room space for the longer training events.

It's all really a moot point to me since I sleep in my own bed anytime I'm in training anyway. :)
