Why don't you just apply, and then *if* you get an interview you can ask all the questions you want. It's not worth it to try and do all this investigative work before you even know you'll be interviewed..may just set yourself up for disappointment that way.
 
Thanks for that but I guess the investigation was to try and help get my resume' looked at because as we all know they likely have a stack yay high.
 
You would be surprised. The low salary paired with high COL and rather unstable earnings scares many people away. They also seem to have a high(er than would be expected) turn-over rate as they seem to look for dispatchers a few times a year.
 
Definitely concur but depends on your lifestyle also the attrition is likely due to people moving on to the 'Bigs' so we'd all like to be in those shoes, right?
