WOW! Just compared my cost of living to Burlingham and rent is 581% more expensive!!!! Overall cost of living is 155% more and I live well as it is.

You need to make around that to be able to rent a one bedroom apartment in that area. Not that it's not a nice area, or anything - just freaking expensive.
