Marble Mountain AAF was primarily a helo base with their biggest fixed-wing's being Mohawks. As he said, 3200' isn't very big, and good work for getting it out of there. Must've been spooky landing and stopping, when the runway remaining boards aren't reading what you'd expect......
 
That video is 3/4s DC-8, 1/4 stewardess. A co-staring role.

I used to look at the pictures of two United planes that landed at Council Bluffs instead of Omaha and wonder how that could happen, then one night I too almost did the same. (different airport)
