Dude, seriously? Track down someone who obviously could have been on a very LEGAL flight? And report them for what? YOU, or know one else even knows if he did anything wrong?

And knowing someone did something unsafe and illegal, and ASSuming someone did something illegal is two different things. you could NOT be held liable for being negligent in this case!

Do you work at Potomac TRACON? If so, that may have very well been me. Pretty scary on my end to know there was a guy not talking to you guys and headed my way while I'm in IMC without TCAS. If that was you (probably a month ago on 125.52 most likely), thanks again for keeping me from swapping paint with that moron.

Anyone who was here during the great outpouring of support for Ben knows how awesome the site is. The fact that two guys hooked up in a thread that just happened to avert a midair is becoming par for the course for JC!

On the other hand...many have joined since Jtrain departed...and need to be warned, lest they fall in with him and his way of thinking.

just saying that there were three ways to respond, in a nice way, in a not so nice way, and not at all...you chose the not so nice way.

I never mentioned anything negative in the post I made, and out of a positive call, I recieved a negative response. I understand you feel this way, and you have everyright to be how you want. Matter of fact I get a kick out of you, and hope we meet sometime.:)

I was just calling out the negative response to my positive affirmation.

Why couldn't you have just said something nice?:confused:
