Veterans Day - Thank You

In honor of Veteran's Day, I want to say a heartfelt "THANK YOU!" to all veterans and active duty military.

Since my father is buried in Cincy, in honor of my father, I'm going to spend this rainy Saturday on the couch watching the movie U-571.
 
Thank You to all my brother and sisters-in-arms past and present for the freedoms we enjoy today!

On Monday, a local HS will award an honorary high school diploma to a 74 year-old man who had left the school during his junior year to join the military in the middle of the Korean War.

Pretty neat-o.

Thank you Miss Freightess! There will be no "you buying the next round" this weekend! Thank you for your service.

After I go scrub oil off the boat for a few more hours:(. I'm in the mood to watch military-related movies on the LCD. It's my small little way of keeping veterans in my thoughts this weekend. :)
