Veterans benefits and writtens.

Cool, just wanted to make sure it was kosher...though I think I'm screwed for my commercial since I already did the ride and turned in the written results. (At ATP) btw. My CFI is elsewhere. I doubt there's a way to get copies of past writtens is there? Also ATP didn't give me a receipt for the comm. written, so I think it's a dead path.

They should have all the records on file. I'd call the 1-800 number and ask for either Matt or Eric. One of those guys should be able to pull up the receipts and email them to ya.

Thanks, but the VA usually wants tests results too don't they?

The forms are mainly generic. The VA doesn't care what school you attended, as these are only refunds for check rides and written tests. ATP just happen to make an easy packet for vets to use to get the reimbursement.

Just called the Georgia office and spoke to them, for every $1,601.69 submitted for reimbursement, it will be considered one month of GI Bill benefits will be 'consumed'. I have eight days remaining, so they said to submit all that you have and will probably be pro-rated based on what's remaining in my GI Bill benefits. Bummer, because I have spent about $3,500 for written tests and DPE fees.
