V2 + 10

Even heavy, the deck angle required to hold V2 + 10 on takeoff would be excessive, to say the least. We use V2 + 15 for minimum flap retraction (when accomplishing a flaps 10 takeoff). Usually 200 knots until we make it into the bravo or 4nm from the departure point (if class C or D).

We are also limited by initial altitude; we get 2,000 to start out of our home base. Terrain is not really a problem, so it does not make sense to go rocketing up. We usually are pulling the power back past the climb detent very early in the departure.

If you ever have some extra sim time in a CRJ sim set the appropriate trim setting, do a V1 cut and only use rudder pedals after initial rotation. V2+10 is the speed the trim is set to and will basically climb out right at V2 + 10 without much other input until cleanup. Only took 3 years and 3000 hours in the jet to learn that nugget.... would have been nice in initial!
