I guess they're getting the displacements from DFW ATR slowly worked into my category, and my relative position went down.

That said, I'm still happy I got the days I wanted off, off.

Wait, you want me to cut my hair shorter than it is right now? (I grant I probably have longer hair than most of my colleagues, but (1) it's so far up there and (2) usually covered by, well, my cover, so it shouldn't be a problem...)

For a guy who was never in the military, you sure sound the part. And stop wearing the hat. Only old captains and green FOs wear the hat.

As I explained privately to Firebird the other day, my wearing of the hat at a carrier where nobody wears the hat other than new FOs and old Captains is actually an act of rebellion.
