Browsing around YouTube, I came across these vids of flight deck operations off of my old ship,
<----- USS Bataan (LHD-5)
I think these were taken after I had rotated off, though, because I remember us doing an initial test with the Ospreys, but not having a full blown squadron aboard.
Flight deck operations onboard USS Bataan, featuring AV-8B Harriers, MV-22 Osprey tilt-rotor, CH-46, CH-53E & AH-1W Super Cobra.

In relation to the "Harrier" thread I started, here's a perspective from the outside of a Harrier landing aboard a ship. This Harrier is landing aboard the Bataan (LHD-5) though, while the Harrier in the other thread is landing aboard the Tarawa (LHA-1). Similar ships in terms of size and mission, but having slight differences in configuration.

There are more Bataan flight deck operations videos from the same guy here: http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=schaff70
He also has one there of an LCAC (hovercraft) departing from the Bataan's welldeck in the back of the ship.
