Red Wing Aviation Bay City, Wisconsin:<BR /><strong>Job Profile</strong> <p>Grow your career in aviation as a <strong>Flight Operations Analyst </strong>in our Operation Control Center (OCC) in Bay City, WI<strong>. </strong>Flight Operations Analysts support Red Wing Aviation by serving as a subject matter expert on ALL operational matters.  Working in the OCC, they will communicate closely with other departments and flight crew to ensure flights operate smoothly and safely. Red Wing Aviation is an affiliated operating partner of the Vista - the largest charter group in private aviation and the world’s first private aviation ecosystem, integrating a unique portfolio of companies offering asset-light solutions to cover all key aspects of business aviation.    </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Flight Operations Analyst Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Approve and coordinate flight requests. </li> <li>Responsible for full fleet optimization. </li> <li>Capture, log, and verify crew duty information. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintains the TSA No Fly List (NFL). </li> <li>Perform full Risk Assessment and review of technical feasibility. </li> <li>Runs Flight Plans for all trips. </li> <li>Checks performance to advise on limitations and suggest alternatives if applicable. </li> <li>Checks NOTAMs. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Checks availability of FBO/Handling services. </li> <li>Checks Customs availability. </li> <li>Checks Parking availability. </li> <li>Check for Permit/Slot/PPR requirements. </li> <li>Assess initial fleet availability. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Airport Ops Hours. </li> <li>Monitor duty limitations. </li> <li>Communicate flight limitations & and suggest alternatives. </li> <li>Respond to internal OCC inquiries regarding Weather, Performance. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> Understand and advise on the following:</strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Weather </li> <li>NOTAMs </li> <li>TFRs </li> <li>Aircraft Performance & Feasibility </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Alternate Airports </li> <li>FAA Regulations </li> <li>Special Event Management </li> <li>Military and Zulu times </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.
