US Airways

Going back to SkyWest, they can and on occasion do change things without consent of SAPA or anyone else for that matter. Take healthcare. We had this nice PPO that had quite a bit of freedom, but when it came time for the company to crunch numbers and save money, this was one of the first to go. Now we have a CDHP with an HSA to go along with it. Honestly, this insurance sucks. I pay a premium, but now have to pay out of pocket up to my deductible, which is not $100. It saves the company tons of money I would imagine, but it puts the financial burden on us. And at only $30k a year, what room do we have to pay for medical bills too? So the company can do whatever it wants, whenever it wants. The agreement with SAPA, the language, is that SkyWest will act with good moral judgement and look for the best for the employees.

Colgan is still horrible, huh?

Absolutely without a doubt. I have a laundry list of things from spending the last three weeks in Memphis. Contract or no contract we are still one of the worst regionals out there and by far the most unorganized.
