US 728 PHL-LHR returns to Philly due to unruly passenger

I would lovingly face my chief pilot about a decision rather than the FAA, any day.

Depends. I've watched an ALPA attorney absolutely destroy a Fed in front of an administrative law judge. Then again, I've watched a POI (former company) make a pilot cry before.

I've seen Feds proved wrong straight from their own book before. It was like Christmas.

I'd still rather not be across the table from one though. Though, with all the various roles I play I'm on a first name basis with pretty much all the usual suspects at our FSDO.

That's cool. And I can appreciate the standard contrarian angle, however I would certainly want to have more than simply 'crew scheduling concerns' in my quiver during any potential hearing.
