There was a referral method I was wrong. The last few times there wasn’t an official way.

Getting new information and based on current rumors, we expect to be hiring 5+ new dispatchers.

To my knowledge there’s not an internal application process. There hasn’t been an internal hire for about 10 years.

I tried to get in as an internal 8 years ago. I had already been with UPS for 8 years on the Flight Ops side at the time and had management recommendations. They told me no, they said quit and get experience somewhere else. Oh and btw heavy jet and International experience is preferred. Things change and are probably different now but I said F*** You, I'm out! Was hired by SWA less than 2 years later. Happily ever after...

I don't have an exact date, but I highly doubt the class starts until after peak. So likely January.
