Does UPS hire assistant dispatchers from within the company very often? If so, are they typically newly licensed dispatchers with little/no experience?

Line dispatchers are not generally hired from within. The last one was 7 years ago and before that it was probably another 7 years?????. I do t see them hiring anyone without experience for a line dispatcher job

However, dispatch supervisors and managers are hired from within and typically are newly licensed with little/no experience.
