Doesn't mean you're out of the running. Just the first wave.

You beat me to it. I was going to say something to this effect. They did begin phone interviews on Friday but that doesn't mean you are out of the running. They might not find what they are looking for and start round two. Don't lose hope ya'll... :-)
 
I guess that's all I was really trying to figure out, was if the first wave been contacted. Experience has shown that if not called in the first wave at UPS I'm usually not called in. Course I have been wrong before.
 
Dudes and/or dudettes, I did my phone interview drunk and they still hired me. I was not in the first round of calls. Not even close. The HR process isn't efficient, my resume showed up again to the hiring manager.... a year after I was hired. It's like nonrevving, you don't walk away from the gate until the plane in gone. I'm just sayin, there still a chance

Has anyone who had a phone interview get a TNBT yet. Also heard several calls for face to face interviews went out and are they done calling for face to face interviews

No, they aren't done calling. They are in another wave of offering more phone interviews, as well as face to face. I'm not entirely sure if they send out a TBNT if you don't make it past the phone interview.
