After looking at airlinepilotcentral, I was wondering if any current pilots had any general insight into current upgrade times at both Pinnicale and Expressjet. Any current employees care to share current times?

Pinnacle's kind of a mixed bag. It's 3500TT/2000ME/1000 Turbine if you're off the street. Toss in 100 hours at Pinnacle on top of that as well. If you've got those times, you can upgrade as soon as you get the 100 hours more or less, but you'll be in DTW or MSP. I got hired just shy of 1,000TT, and I'm gonna be upgrading under the 2 year mark it looks like. Might even be able to hold MEM (barely) when I do.
Downside to going in as a street CA, you'll probably be on reserve for 4 or so years, which would more or less be your entire time at Pinnacle.

Two year upgrade at ExpressJet right now. For someone hired tomorrow, it could be anywhere between two and five years for upgrade.
