Problem Unwanted hyperlinked text to spam

You'll notice that in the first post the word "next" is hyperlinked to a pop up advertizement for something totally unrelated and embedded in a manner I wouldn't even begin to know how to script;

Hopefully you can remedy this so that users aren't being virused or scammed.

I was using Firefox - going through some troubleshooting procedures solved the issue:

there is a way to reset Firefox to it's default state while retaining bookmarks and other information. That worked. I can't remember if I tried or encountered the same situation in IE9

If you are having the problem on fire fox then you installed something that installed an add on to the program. Go to the firefox menu up top, then click on addons. You should be able to delete it from there and it should take care of your problem. If it is in Firefox you will likely have the same problem with IE. I have no idea how to fix that.
