Just remember, it IS economics. You've got 15k regional pilots left? (Guessing) and thr industry needs 3-6k in 3 to 5 years? Captialism says "everyone hold their hands up who will take a paycut to keep their job", even if 60% keep their hand down grumbling, you still are overstaffed.

Of course, I say this, and watch, mainline will cave on scope completely and itll be 25k regional jobs. Bleh!
