Has anyone's application status changed? Mine has said active since the beginning, I noticed the last date edited change to Oct 20th a while back. I think it means mine was reviewed then, as I never edited my application. I've not heard anything at this point.

Mine hasn't, but I've heard every week day since the posting closed that today is the day we'll all get emails, or check your job status it may have changed! Now I'm just going to sit back, relax, and stop worrying about things I can't change..

The numbers Ive heard, over 400 apps, 50 or so internal recommendations, 33 interviews, 10/12 spots.

United and UPS are the only legecy carriers currently hiring externally. We wont be hiring for a few years, Southwest will be slowing down for a little bit, and Delta is mostly internal. Thus competition for both will be stiff as options are limited for those wanting out of the regionals or supplementals.

Jetblue, Spirit, Frontier and Alaska are always an option to stay at. They are better than regional pay.

United will be hiring at least two classes a year for the next couple of years. If you did not hear anything this round I would encourage everyone to apply at every application window.
