United Polaris

For a 2016 article they sure have no idea which airlines exist or what they're actually called. It's Delta Air Lines; JetBlue Airways. Heck, US Airways doesn't exist anymore.

Haha, true! I noticed that also. But hey, how many pilots and/or Delta employees call it Delta Airlines? Plenty media writters. I've actually read plenty aviation analysis articles who get it wrong also. Including shareholders who name it wrong as well.

Anybody noticing how Delta as a company is starting to appear quite snobby???

It's taking the idea of being the best to the head a little no?

Glad employees and Mgmt are happy & great. But..... :def: kind of atmosphere is not cool. Just my personal perspective. I have no Delta data to back that up tho. Still one of my favorite carrier.

I had a cancellation on United yesterday and it was handled phenomenally.

Checked the app before TOD into DEN. There was a big red banner telling me my flight was canceled. I clicked on it, they already had me rebooked but also gave me probably 10-15 different other options to pick from. Got in less than two hours late.
I don't know if you caught my sarcasm...but that's good that United is stepping up. I have high hopes for them myself!
