United pilots tone down labor tactics (AP)

In the end, money is money, and thats what most are after. So I'm not so sure these efforts of "good faith" will do any good. Hats off for trying! Haaa. Pun intended.
 
Having worked around Wendy Morse in the past, she seems to be a person who understands that shoving a hot poker in the other guys eye just for the hell of it is something that never gets results. There are times to work together and build bridges and there are times to disagree. Both have their time and place.

You can't be an effective leader or representative when all you are focused on personal agendas, regardless the cause. Steve Wallach never understood that, nor did Mark Bathurst.

While this is clearly a time for diplomacy, that does not infer capitulation. For her opponents to infer that, as some have, is sheer folly. I believe she truly has the best interests of her pilots at heart and wish her well.
