Not sure I'll get very far with just some military flight time and no dispatch experience under my belt, but to hell with it, the entire economy is a longshot at this rate, might as well play this carnival game.
 
The most important part on the united side is to know someone that can tell them about you, otherwise all of you have DX certificates, doesn't take more than 10min conversation to understand "who" got em to ua, work on that;

Can someone tell about UA assessment processes after application if you are selected. Is there anything like DL AON test? What to prepare for video interview or phone call interview. Do you need references?
