Thanks. That's really unfortunate.Currently, half of the operation is at Willis and the other half is at Arlington Heights. AH will be the new HDQ starting next year.

To be fair, Arlington Heights will not be the new headquarters. It will be designated the 'main' NOC. The Corporate Support Center is remaining in Willis Tower.Thanks. That's really unfortunate.

Arlington Heights will be HDQ. There will be a second NOC. IAH and DEN are the top two options. Mgmt wants the 2 NOC's on different power grids. However, if the city of Chicago made a huge financial offer, they could stay at Willis. Money talks.
It’s a split operation - both NOCs will be operational for the foreseeable future. As stated before, a second location to presumably replace Willis Tower is under consideration. The assumption is two NOCs moving forward. Dispatch wise, nobody is being forced to Arlington Heights. Are they planning on keeping Dispatch, Scheduling, Maintenance etc at Willis or would they be moving to Arlington Heights?

No, this year. Doesn’t mean they’ll open it up in this environment - may decide to sit on it for awhile. Are the UA dispatchers currently in contract negotiations? If not, when does their contract become amendable again? Just curious.
COL for Arlington Heights can't be any worse than downtown Chitown.Wait, who am I kidding. It's Arlington Heights.
Worked for me.Anyone had issues with the assessment? the link seems to be broken
