Apply often I'm not sure is good advice, those who got the video interview are on a 6 month lock and just get instantly rejected.

Everyone I know who got the Video interview but not in person has been quickly rejected for all applications they have sense put in.

Yes, but they were never told they were in the 6 month lockout till someone reached out to a United Recruiter.

I can tell you everyone i know that did a video interview that did not move forward has been near instantly turned down in following job postings.

the moment you get a video invite and you don’t make it thru to an offer you are locked out for 6 months.
trust me its frustrating.

Unless it was changed after I reached out to HR on 1/29/26, I was advised that I would not be eligible to apply again for another six months after not getting past the one way video interview.

It has not. I had the day saved in my calendar. And if you apply before the 6 months is up, guess what? Your 6 months just reset.
