United 2025

I realize that the emaiI recieved means I am not selected for the January class, but I did not get a TBNT from what I understand. It states that my interview was successful and will be kept/considered for the remaining classes. I have not recieved an email like that prior to this one. I am happy that it it is not a definitive no =-)!

From what I am to understand them saying it was a competitive class nothing about a successful interview and reapply in 6 months as a tbnt but I could be wrong..

There were two different emails, a true “TBNT” and a “you weren’t selected for this class but we’re keeping you in mind”. At least one of the people that received an offer this round had gotten the second type of email after offers went out for the Dec 1st class. There’s still hope with that one :)

Any idea if they're still giving calls for interviews?

Performed my video interview on November 21st, had until the 28th to do it. No calls, no TBNT, etc.

Any idea if United cares about hand tattoos? I’m a 5 year dispatcher with international and etops experience as well as being a trainer with my airline for 4 years. I have simple tattoos on my hands, just lines and dots. Does anyone know if United cares about this?

I don't work at United so I can't affirmatively speak to it but at most airlines and aviation places I've been, unless you are customer facing (pilot, flight attendant, ticketing/gate agent), I don't know that they care. Have seen plenty of dispatchers, mechanics, others with all kinds of tattoos.

I’ve read that some people have already been receiving TBNT emails for the January 2025 class. I haven’t received an email, which I take as a positive sign, but I also haven’t received a phone call yet. My application status still shows “Interview.” Does anyone know what might be going on? It has now been over six weeks for me.

Is there anything that any successful candidates recommend for review prior to interview besides ADX questions, Jepp charts and 737 systems? I am familiar with STAR as I have done a few interviews with UA with STAR method. Just wanted to see if anyone had any other recommendations...
