Has anybody else received in person interview invites?
I received my in person about 10 days ago. If they really are looking to fill Sep/Oct/Dec classes, it’s logical that they could be scheduling video/ in person interviews in waves with those similar time gaps?

How soon did you get the interview request after your profile was changed to Hiring Team Interview? Just curious.

Anyone able to speak on QOL? Got any commuters? Asking for a friend.
We have a fair number of commuters. Some drive from Indiana, Minnesota or Wisconsin, others fly in from IAH or Florida. New location is further from the airport and no public transportation, so a car is a must in addition to the crash pad. 5-2-5-5 makes it easy to fly in on day 1, fly out day 5. Plenty of trading so you can do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off as well. There is currently no commuter clause in the current contract

Are video interview questions randomized person to person? Any insights on what to expect for questions?

Possibly. Expect 4 HR questions and 4 scenario based questions. I had a lot of fun with the scenario ones. If you've been dispatching then it should not be an issue. They just want to see how you handle certain situations and prioritize your workload/deal with issues.

Anyone brave enough to share if they failed the test? I found it difficult but manageable with the amount of studying I did.

A big thanks to those who recommended material earlier in the thread!

What is the test this time around, standard adx these days? I remember them asking just asking some basic FARS and such when I did it.

I have a friend who interviewed a year ago. I tried telling him to study the basics, but he went down the rabbit hole, diving deep into ADX, and didn’t pass. I certainly hope they keep the pool and continue with more, as it seems they are planning. Everyone deserves a chance if they work for it.

I just got the call for the in-person interview. I know that the knowledge test is largely ADX based but does anyone who already did the interview have any tips for preparing for the scenario-based questions?
