I seen this on the PSA FB page. Did they update the uniform for FO's? This is the first time I seen this pilot uniform.

I think it's pretty obvious the FO is in an F-16 guard unit.

It's the shirt. Low cut and no collar. I'd like to wear that shirt and skip the tie. Might even show off a little chest hair. Or I can shave the chest hair and just maybe identify differently to pull it off (can I say that?)

Perspective is different, of course, for different people. Try as I might, I couldn't see any meaningful cleavage from what you note as a "low cut" blouse, and I'm pretty sure I see collars, although covered by hair and scarves. The ladies look both professional and comfortable to me

I may be the only knucklehead who likes the uniform at B6. I’m weird that way. I also sometimes like long sleeved uniform shirts too.

LONG SLEEEVES!!! Danger!
Kidding of course, now that we have a normal jacket that doesn't weigh 87 pounds I'll be getting far more mileage out of it during 'not jacket season'. Always thought short sleeves and a tie (especially with a hat) is a terrible look and the jacket rounds out the look.

I liked my leather jacket the regional because a friend who had flown there gave it to me.
I wish like hell we’d approve the Karbon. It’s so much more functional than the 3/4 length coat we have now.
