Does anyone have info on Ultimate Air Shuttle out of Lunken? Typical hiring mins and schedule? I see their website says 2500TT for a first officer but thought that seemed a little high for the current "shortage"
Thanks

I can't tell you anything about the company, but their pilots always seem chipper. If you decide you want to work there, PM me. I know a guy...

They haven't updated their minimums in over a year so I'd imagine you could get on with less, how much less who knows. Still that 8/6 schedule would make me want to go there over other regionals as that's very livable and you're flying into smaller, less busy airports with passengers who are typically treated much better than at the regionals. They also do charters and when they overnight it's in pretty nice hotels. If I ever got out of GA and couldn't get on with Sun Country I'd probably go with them. Pay isn't everything, happiness is so aim for a good QoL as long as you're not broke in the process.

In June I was told to shoot them a resume when I got close to 1200. They said they weren't actively hiring, but maybe in the future. I was in CAK last week and saw an engine-less 328 on the ramp, with an operational one in the hangar. I heard they are moving to E-135's.

I heard C182s to better align with their load factor

They've been in business for sometime and seem to be expanding and having seen their business model I'd be extremely tempted to fly them if I lived in a market they served. Is there something you know about them that we're unaware of?

I know they've struggled with keeping a steady parts supply for the dork jets in the past, I've seen cannibalized ones on their ramp more then once over the past few years.

The fbo side seems to be run by some good people, hopefully the UAL side is similar.
