UAV AVO jobs

I’m just looking for more than what google has to offer in field of UAV and AVO jobs. I only found a few companies and was looking for more info such as pay, bennies, training, and current companies that that have ops. I’m seriously considering this a career change and would appreciate ANY INPUT!!!

All I know is if you have a security clearance and a lot of hours you've got a good chance of getting one of these jobs.
