I did want to finally confirm that there was indeed a 4th person at my carrier that got picked up.

FWIW, there is someone in this class with a whopping 9 months experience. So to people with a similar amount. Apply early, apply often!

I think that UA will be hiring for the forseeable future. If you didn't get a call this round, please be sure to check back often. Of course, don't limit yourself to JUST applying at UA but if you are disappointed you didn't get a call this time....don't give up. The new contract and reduced number of hours worked per year by the ex-CO group is not reflected in the current headcount...i.e. it needs to go up. I imagine the company will be playing catch up for the next year or so at least. Also if you have limited experience don't forget about applying for the dispatch support coordinator position...they are hiring right now in fact.

This very true. We are SEVERELY understaffed right now so hiring for the foreseeable future is a given. We are having a class of 10-13 coming this January and there already is talk of possibly another class of (most likely) externals right after this current class.

Do you think they will re-interview the group of people who didn't get it this recent round? Or will they have to completely reapply?
