How does the longevity pay work and what is license pay bonus?

So CO and UA are now under one contract?
Longevity is calculated after top out based on X amount of dollars for ever year of duty - Not sure the amount, I am not topped out yet.

License pay is 200 per month given on the mid-month check. That license pay is going up to almost 300 a month next April I am hearing. 265, 285 somewhere around there.

Yes, we are under one contract

Any idea if they are planning to match DL's license pay?

Someone (who admittedly isn't the most reliable source) said they heard the class was tentatively scheduled to start in mid December. Does that sound right?? Seems like they would wait to after the holidays... but I guess stranger things have happened. Anyone have any more reliable info?

I haven't checked, but it wouldn't surprise me if they want to start the class in mid December, but it ends up being pushed back into January.
