Turkish Airlines Boeing 737 Crash, Amsterdam Schiphol

"The plane landed in a flat farmer's field near the airport, RTL journalist Greg Crouch told CNN. He said the weather at the time was partly sunny with no wind or rain."

He said he felt the pilot giving more power to the engines before feeling "turbulence," then a sudden drop. He described the crash as similar to a sudden impact that was over in a matter of seconds.

The photos aren't that good. Is that even a Boeing? I do not see any eyebrow windows on the cockpit area. Could it be an A320?

Don't worry, the news media will have it all figured out including where to place the blame by the end of the day! Afterall, all signs point to carb ice..right? :sarcasm: Hope they filed a flight plan!!:sarcasm:
