Turbocharged time = Turbine time?

Wait a sec, so your telling me that if sealand is a principality, and Elvis Presley and Tupac are on a island in the bahamas, and that Chuck Norris is the reason Mona Lisa is smiling, and that ninjas are everywhere, that you though. That you could log turbo charged aircraft time as jet turbine time? If so then Fedex is getting my resume with a bunch of 402 time on it!!!!!!

I just pretend I'm flying a turbine, so I log it as such. :D On a serious note, no you can't log a turbo-charged piston as a turbine. If it burns Jet fuel, you're all set.

Interesting...I know a gentleman that has a few hours in the B36, AND he has logged every hour throughout his career, I wonder how he put that one in...
My wife's grandpa flew the B-36 and just about everything else in the USAAF and USAF WWII and immediately after inventory. I wonder if he's still got his logbooks around...

That time period had some pretty cool stories.... flying jets for the first time with little or no instruction....bombers that have so many throttles they require several hands to push...

In the Robin Olds book it talks about his first flight in a P-80... he asked the crew chief how to start it, tried to act like he knew what he was doing and flew it cold turkey solo..... just hopped in and went. He also did the same thing with a Meteor...and his first flight in the airplane was solo, formation into IMC in a different country, 700' overcast... those guys had some balls!
