That's for sure. Goes for most of eastern Europe. I have an elderly Romanian couple that live next door to me. You'd swear that they're always at each others throats with all the yelling. But what is yelling to some is normal conversation to others. Sounds even worse when you don't understand the language.

Actually, romanian is a latinate language like french, or spanish or latin. Although it does have some loan words from eastern european languages.

My god, you mean to tell me that instructors are not supposed to act that way? Honestly, I found nothing wrong with the instruction given, but again, I can't understand a single word that was said.
