TSA procedures for private jets departing overseas...

Simplest format from exactly what z987k is saying:

There are no TSA screenings or checkpoints for private aircraft of any kind.
Customs and Boarder Patrol runs the searches of bags and aircraft for hazardous and illegal materials on international flights so still don't go trying to smuggle stuff into the country on a private plane if that is what you are trying to get at.

Not always true.
BOS is one example.

I like it when I file APIS and then have to regurgitate all the info I just filed to the officer when I call to make an arrival notice.

"Where are you coming from?"
Umm, it's on the APIS
"How many passengers and crew?"
Umm, it's on the APIS
"What's your ETA?"
Umm, it's on the APIS

Etc, etc.

"Arrival noticed received, Officer Bravo Sierra."

Are you saying they have a TSA checkpoint at the Signature there or that they simply have the authority to screen people anywhere on the field?

I'm saying there is a checkpoint prior to going out to your airplane. It's not TSA but they still present the illusion of screening you and your bags.
