serving large aircraft.

Isn't this why people pay all the money to fly on private jets to get away from all the idiots the TSA hires to provide a security facade? If an aircraft owner does not pass a history check does that mean they can no longer fly? I hope this doesn't go through.

yeahh TSA!!! Fighting yesterdays battles today. Looks like another imperial government goon was sitting around trying to think of something to justify his sorry existence.
